REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Rumors Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

RETURNS

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked final sale)

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Rumors Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please contact support when submitting your return request.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Offer a replacement or full refund
  • Resolve the issue at no additional cost to you

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may still be returned under this policy.
