RETURN POLICY

At Rumors Apparel, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process to ensure your experience is smooth, fair, and convenient.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags and packaging attached

Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged may not be accepted for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Clearance or final sale items

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To begin a return, please contact our support team:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and step-by-step instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Rumors Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

Please mention your exchange request when contacting customer support.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Offer a replacement or full refund
  • Resolve the issue quickly at no additional cost

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may still be returned under this policy.
